From the earliest architectural and space-planning decisions through material selections, custom detailing, documentation, and construction coordination, every project is personally directed by Lisa Mattioli-Katz.
Large-scale renovation projects typically begin with a construction investment of $750,000.
Design fees are tailored to the scope, complexity, and anticipated investment of each project and are presented following an initial consultation.
Full Service Furnishings
Our furnishings service is designed for clients seeking a complete, cohesive interior without undertaking a major renovation.
Whether furnishing an entire residence or completing a select group of rooms, we develop a thoughtful design concept and source furniture, lighting, rugs, art, and accessories from a curated mix of trade-only manufacturers, artisan resources, and select local showrooms.
Each furnishing engagement is customized according to the size, scope, and investment level of the project.
Private Design Consultation
For clients who need professional direction without a full-service engagement, private consultations provide focused access to Lisa’s expertise.
Consultations may include guidance on space planning, finish selections, furnishings, paint colors, lighting, renovation decisions, or the evaluation of a prospective property.
Private design consultations are offered at $300 per hour.
